About the Women’s facility

The women’s residential facility is located in the town of Mullens in Wyoming County, West Virginia.

The facility amenities include a pool table, air hockey table, treadmill and elliptical. 

Administrative staff is available Monday - Friday, 8:00-5:00, phone calls outside of this time frame will be returned on the next business day. Also, admissions are scheduled during this time frame. All admissions must be approved and scheduled by the program director.
